I am fortunate and blessed with the opportunity to work at something that I love to do. I am dedicated to the well being of my clients and approach each session with this intent. I offer integrated bodywork based upon my training in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage.
I am a Certified Provider of Active Release Techniques (Level I, Full Body). This soft tissue method was developed to improve the rate of successful treatment of repetitive stress injuries in a shorter number of sessions. It is in use at the Collegiate, Olympic, and Professional Athletic settings. Active Release Techniques is classified as First Aid by OSHA, and offers contracts to companies to reduce loss in productivity resulting from injury in the workplace.
